Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY:
  • Orders on average take 1-2 days to be processed and shipped
  • Ground orders should arrive 4-7 days after processing 
  • We are unable to make changes to an order after it has been placed
  • Allow 24 hours for updates on all tracking information
  • Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days from the delivery date

  • All items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original form

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refunds are issued to your original form of payment only

  • All accessory items, including masks, are final sale and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
